Refund policy
Returns
At Bee Design™, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) must accompany the return.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged garments.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Gift cards, promotional items, or sale items marked as "Final Sale."

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Partial Refunds
Bee Design™ reserves the right to issue partial refunds where:
- Items are not returned in their original condition.
- Items are damaged due to customer misuse.
- Items are missing parts or accessories.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The return request is made after the 7-day return window.
- The product shows signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration.
- The product is returned without proof of purchase.
